ShopAndGrab is a grocery price tracking and comparison tool that allows users to scan price tags, track shopping trips, compare prices across stores, and manage grocery budgets.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

Pricing & Subscriptions

ShopAndGrab offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Data Accuracy

Price data is provided as-is based on user-submitted scans and may not reflect current store pricing. ShopAndGrab is not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on the data shown.

Limitation of Liability

ShopAndGrab and Tier 4 Support Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
